Refund Policy
General
All sales at TJJ are final. Because every piece is personally curated, made to order, or sourced on your behalf, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is materially different from what was agreed in writing.
Custom Orders
Deposits paid on custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If there is a fault in the piece that is the result of a production error, we will work with the jeweler to resolve it at no additional cost to you.
Resale
Once a resale piece has been sold and payment cleared, the transaction is final for both the buyer and the seller. TJJ's commission and minimum fee are deducted at the point of sale and are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a piece that is damaged in transit or does not match what was confirmed, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
